CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

  • 2 and 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. 
  • Then cream the butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar together for 1.5 minutes. Put in the eggs and vanilla extractuntil fully combined.
  • Mix in the dry ingredients and continue mixing until just combined, then use a spatula to stire in in the chocolate chips.
  • Cover the cookie dough tightly with cling wrap and put in fridge for at least 2 hours.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line several large baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Remove the cookie dough from the refrigerator. Ball 1.5 tbsps of dough and put onto the prepared baking sheets. 
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before enjoying!
